Damselflies are swarming the creek banks, showing off their skills. They dart out, snag mosquitoes, and return to the same leaf. Nature's little helpers have become my friends! Keep on eating!

@MelissaKahn7 Vitamix. I've made the same recipes in my parents ninja as I have in my Vitamix, and they don't come out as good. Vitamix can chew up anything you throw in it and you won't get any chunks in it. Plus Vitamix can make soup from start to finish including steaming hot.
