@Jo_Bond @swintersections @Jasonwalls92 It's the complete misunderstanding by hospitality issue (or poor training) that having someone made of GF ingredients but cooked with or put in display cabinet with gluten goods is still poison. I'm sure most struggle to understand a coeliac can't have hot chips at most places

@swintersections @Jasonwalls92 Yes seems to be a general view that diseases like Coeliac is something that people self select to have and it is about lifestyle choice and not serious, vs actually having to be medically diagnosed and signed off by a specialist

@gfreeonthego @Jasonwalls92 Completely agree as have same issue for my son. Not only is GF food normally two to three times the price it's normally not stocked correctly at supermarkets and he has no other options as he's seriously allergic, not a lifestyle choice. He also needs lactose free milk
