I have tried creating a layout to reduce congestion and choke point between Borivali and Kandivali.

@PowerTrain_YT @saurabh5620 @marinebharat @BHiren @dronemanYT and others, kindly shed some light. (Not sure how feasible or if I have oversimplified.)

Looking at the time wasted by trains between Borivali & Kandivali, it feels like this stretch needs a loop for PF1 and PF2 trains to turn back. It delays slow trains, eventually delaying fast trains.
