2/2. However, until convicted he is presumed innocent. Having publicized hearings where future potential jurors may be viewing, #bk being seen in his jail given uniform will undoubtedly cause a bias leading to an unfair trial. This should be the way moving forward!

@itsadriienne Idk. But it doesn’t matter what the defence thinks. Their job is to defend and they’re doing this by throwing anything at the wall to see what sticks. To me, their end goal, by doing this, is to create reasonable doubt in order to strike a plea deal to avoid trial and remove DP.
