The SC has instructed the CBSE and UGC to work out the situation of the compartment students in such a manner that the students writing compartment can have their results well in time and cut off dates for college admissions should be adjusted so the students can seek admissions.

Here's wishing good luck to all the students appearing in CBSE Compartment Examinations today. Also, looking forward to some relief for you from the Supreme Court as @VTankha argues.

[Dr. Alakh Alok Srivastava @advocate_alakh]

For CBSE compartment students writing to me,

As you know, a Ld. Senior Advocate is arguing your case in SC.

Case is next listed in SC on 22nd September.

In my view, Cancellation of exam seems unlikely.

But, Provisional admissions in Colleges, may be allowed.

My Best Wishes.

@nidhiindiatv @cbseindia29 It’s difficult to comment further. Thank you ma’am for your response. ❤️

[Nidhi Taneja @NidhiTanejaa]

@LicypriyaK @cbseindia29 Hi Licy. I've been following the matter and directly spoke to the CBSE yesterday. I asked them why can't they cancel the Compartment exams. They said that cancellation won't be fair as many students want to give the first chance of Compartment.

Dear @cbseindia29,
Can you please find any applicable solutions for the compartmental students? They are requesting to cancel the exams & wanted direct promotions.

It would be great if you can respond a line here. Plz reply. 🙏🏻
