I've contacted JioCare multiple times, but I'm getting the same automated response instead of an actual update. @reliancejio Please look into this complaint and give me a proper resolution.

Later, I was told the installation would happen today, 11 Aug, 4–6 PM. It's already today, and I still haven't received a call from anyone. The order tracker still says the visit needs to be scheduled.

First I received an SMS saying installation was scheduled for 7 Aug, 12:15–2:15 PM. I even visited the Jio office regarding this, where I was told to ignore the date and wait for the installation team to contact me.
