Que los pasivos de Pemex sean mucho mayores que sus activos parece desahuciarla. Pero mucho del problema es que no puede sacarle jugo a su portafolio.

Si sacara al mercado sólo el 15 por ciento menos valioso de su portafolio, no sólo atraería casi 20 mil millones de dólares de ‘enganche’ por la transacción. El valor (presente neto) incremental para el Estado mexicano de una mejor gestión, de unos 140 mil millones de dólares, pagaría toda la deuda de Pemex. Hasta sobraría para volver a invertir.

Actualmente @Pemex paga un porcentaje menor de sus utilidades en impuestos que los privados de las rondas.

Esto no estaría mal si tan solo se enfocasen esos recursos adicionales en actividades de valor alto. Igual @Hacienda_Mexico tiene que rescatar a Pemex frecuentemente.
