Tell this girl to go to CBN and report. Access bank won’t answer her on time. It happened to someone close to me that reported an issue with GTB when someone used her account to collect loan and GTB said they couldn’t do anything and even Anti Fraud personnel they met said they can’t do anything. When CBN was involved, GTB paid her back in full. These guys are criminals

U can also visit any CBN Branch in your state and make the complaint to d Consumer Protection unit.They’ll do a proper investigation and if Access Bank is liable they’ll return ur money.
