The banana costume discourse is driving me insane because the people calling it a tiktok trend are either teenagers, or adults who have no involvement in the music scene
There were always 1-3 banana guys at any hardcore or deathcore show 14 years ago when I started going to shows

Only because it’s stupid that they tear up ⅔ of the roads and parking spaces in a district full of small businesses and then have the audacity to charge $20 for a few hours of parking in one of the tiny lots a few blocks away
