@Devsthetix 100 pushups/ day is a gimmicky routine. You need to work your back to balance out all that chest work. Also, rest days would be recommended. Better off rotating between pushups, body weight squats, and some form of row/pullup.
@stardewy_ every meal always needs a big pile of protein. Easy when home cooking but double protein portion is required for eating out places like chipotle or poke bowls. Protein shakes/bars for snacks. Lot of crap out there with seed oils but there’s healthy options too.
@pattyice It’s an extremely noticeable effect instantly when you take a super dose of 20-25g for focus after a night of bad sleep. Erases the brain fog/weariness.
@bullTat2@andymilonakis It’s a much stronger dose. I had to ween off. 6mg cans down to 3. Then trying to go a couple hours after waking up until my first one. @MINHxDYNASTY If I had 100,000k I’m picking neither, who cares about high risk investments at that point. That’s 100 million dollars. We made it. Game complete
@Owenlad099@micheal_ws18 I used to do that before I knew better. Unless your goal is some kind of hybrid cardiovascular lift that doesn’t focus solely on muscle growth, you’re just wasting energy
@rickyflows 5 packs of Hanes boxers for $15 from target and change them very often. Don’t need to overthink this. If you can smell yourself, everyone else can more
