And no way for THAT facility to know she was fired for verbally abusing a resident at ANOTHER facility 2 weeks before THAT…

The most distressing part of all of these stories is that it takes SO MANY incidents before DOH imposes ANY disciplinary action.

So there was no way for THIS facility to know the nurse was fired from the LAST one for neglect 6 months before…
