The real Axis product might not be data collection.

Find a failure mode. Collect the missing variation. Retrain. See if that exact weakness closes.

V1 is the first decent evidence for that loop. π0.5 went from 83.9 to 88.8 on LIBERO-Plus, with the biggest jumps around camera and sensor noise.

Lighting and language slipped, so this clearly wasn’t a universal upgrade.

That’s fine. Targeted improvement is more believable than a general intelligence claim.

For @axisrobotics, the next real proof is running the same loop from failures produced by physical robots, not benchmark perturbations.
