Under Article 5 & 9 of Pakistan’s Constitution, Sec 409 & 166 of the Penal Code, and Sec 9a of the NAB Ordinance, former SBP Governor Raza Baqir should be held accountable for willfully blocking crypto & Bitcoin adoption.
