We needed categories for a new support ticket flow. The easy move is to invent five of them in a meeting.
Instead I read every ticket already sitting in the support queue. The same issues repeat, word for word.
The categories were already written, in free text, by the people doing the work.
Am I the only one who keeps saying to AI: "answer in two lines max" ?
I started doing that recently, and I feel I am not missing anything. The same info it was writing in two paragraphs earlier, it writes it now in just two lines
