@UPS You’ve now closed my case without ever explaining who authorized the return of my intl shipment or providing proof I requested it. Citing “Tariffs” doesn’t excuse an unauthorized return or failed delivery to Mexico. This is a service failure, and I will escalate further.
@UPS Support has been no help, and my claim was denied without addressing the actual issue. My package to Mexico was returned without my authorization, and now I’m being told to pay again. This needs to be escalated and resolved.
@UPS@UPS followed every step you gave me and replied with full details, yet I’ve been completely ignored. I already spoke to international experts and The UPS Store & none of it helped, and my claim hasn’t been addressed at all. The package is already returned. I need a resolution!!
@UPS This is extremely unprofessional. My package to Mexico is now back in the U.S. even though I NEVER asked for a return. I gave all the info and support keeps saying “nothing can be done.” I already paid a lot — do something and get this resolved. I shouldn’t pay again.
@UPS I just sent you the details along with the claim number. I really hope you are able to help out because the support number I contacted was of no help
