@larissa_donovan I do that drive frequently. It's a peaceful drive up to visit family and ceremony. White Earth, Leech Lake and Red Lake remarkable places to visit and hang out. Culturally different than local little towns around the reservations which also culturally different too. Gratefulness.

Governmental entities, organizations, and business should look like the people they serve. Figure out, ask questions, do not settle just to meet the requirements to advertise for employment or keeping employment within a specific population of people. We can do better.

Institutional racism, also as systemic racism, a form of racism that embeds in the laws/regulations of a society or any organization. It manifests as discrimination in such as criminal justice, employment, housing, health care, education, used to keep certain populations out.

Always good to question and ask questions. It is how you ask, where and when you ask as you do your research on the concern. I always say. Frame that question. Grandstanding publically does work at the right situation. Just my thoughts this beautiful morning.
