If you’ve been having a sort out and have any Christmas costumes or jumpers that your child/children have outgrown, we would be grateful if you could pop them into school tomorrow or Thursday morning. They will be available as part of our helping hands event for families.
Tomorrow ⬇️😀 Please join us for our autumn term helping hands event. Lots of support available and an opportunity to catch up with our health and wellbeing team. 😊 @FceGyg @EAS_Equity
The boys and girls looked amazing in their yellow Pudsey, Blush or spotty items today. We had so much fun decorating Pudsey bears, creating masks and much more. Thank you to our amazing families for your kind donations too. #pudseybear@AberbargoedPS@abermrsphillips@BBCCiN
Superb turn for our Language Cafés today. Pupils shared topic work linked to our theme, ‘Languages Connect Us’. Songs, games and parent engagement tasks were on the menu. Our pupils love knowing they are global citizens and want to welcome everyone to our school @EAS_LLCEnglish
To finish this terms Jigsaw piece and linking in to our 'No Outsiders' story the children drew on their skills of knowing we all create our amazing class in our own unique way, we created our very own unique self portrait apples. 🍎 #health&wellbeing

Wow Year 3 😁 Your resilience, determination and skills were amazing this afternoon.
First time learning some hockey skills and you all took to it so well. I look forward to seeing these skills develop further 🏒 @AberbargoedPS@AberbargoedHead@MrsFBaber
Diolch #SWFireandRescue year 5 really enjoyed learning some new and valuable skills to take away and teach others. We have accepted the challenge to learn our addresses, check our fire alarms and set a fire plan. 🔥 @AberbargoedPS@misssnailham7
Year 5 have been working hard on their sketching skills recently mastering how to produce a very detailed eye. I was blown away with their free eye drawings this afternoon. The details were amazing 👏 👁 @AberbargoedPS@misssnailham7
Our kind hands cutting table in Nursery soon turned into an amazing investigation table. We found a baby caterpillar. The children soon took it upon themselves to snip leaves to feed the caterpillar. What type of butterfly will it be? @AberbargoedPS@abermrsphillips
Year 1 children really enjoyed their first singing session today. We learnt different ways to warm up our voices - our favourite was the flea. We have started to learn a Spanish song as well as some songs for harvest and cannot wait for next weeks session now 🎶 @AberbargoedPS
