She didn’t follow directions or take advice & Patrick told no one about harming the children. He had a duty of care to protect his children & failed.

@GoForDawn @NJBeisner She CHOSE psychiatry. Nobody forced that. She wanted quick fixes for everything from a “touch of anxiety” to public speaking. She refused intensive therapy & early inpatient treatment. Many psych meds have similar warnings & those same meds help others. Maybe stop drug seeking 🤷‍♀️

But, then again, even when he was specific, they all kinda did whatever they wanted, so idk… All of them-the holdout & 11- seem like they had their own agendas 🤷‍♀️

@LezBlaJewess @GogIvanka But he doesn’t make it clear. Initially, he emphasized what the devices CAN’T be used for: to communicate to anyone “about this case” or to “conduct research”. Then he muddies through it at the end getting more general. He needed to be more specific or disallow phones.

@hahnfever Redd needed psychosis. After Zeizel’s visit he had the auditory hallucination. Next, he needed an altruistic motive ie “they’re safe”, which came after the visit with the pastor.
Prior to that, LC was a depressed, suicidal mother who decided her kids shouldn’t live without her.

@DianaVilliers1 @Fedsuprealcz They BOTH have civil suits. Among other things, Patrick wants their burials reimbursed & Lindsay is suing on the children’s behalf for losing their mother’s care, guidance & nurturing. She’s also seeking $$$ for the loss of her marriage & sex with Patrick.

@DianaVilliers1 He doesn’t believe she was responsible AT ALL. He’s blaming her providers & the medication. And according to the Defense, she’s now properly medicated. So why divorce her? I’m assuming there were vows, “in sickness & health, hardships & joys, lifelong loyalty…”

@CaliGal4Ever @DBeck57030037 They seemed selfish. They wanted 3+ kids close in age, but didn’t seem to deal well with the hardships that come with that. They wanted to seem “perfect”, Redd even called them that a dozen times. And every concern to her Drs was about Lindsay, not the kids, who should come 1st.
