AI 时代，重新学会「吃饭」，Less is more

这两天散步时听 podcast，脑子里突然冒出一个画面：我们的大脑就像一个 AI 模型，每天被海量信息训练着。
问题是——我们喂给它的，是什么质量的数据？

刷短视频两小时之后，什么都没留下。不只是时间没了，更可怕的���——我们的"口味"被改变了。就像吃惯了重油重盐的外卖，再也品尝不出清淡食物的鲜美。我们的注意力被训练成只能消化 15 秒的片段，看到长文章就本能地想跳过，深度阅读变成了一种需要对抗的痛苦。

这让我想起 AI 训练里的一个概念：garbage in, garbage out。如果用垃圾数据训练模型，模型就会输出垃圾。而且，被污染的模型很难再回到正轨——它已经学会了错误的 pattern，需要大量高质量数据才能纠正过来。

我们的大脑，其实也是一样的。

多巴胺经济学

算法知道我们爱听什么。

它知道我们喜欢被夸奖，喜欢看到认同自己观点的内容，喜欢那些让我们感觉良好的信息。这是人性的弱点——心理学里叫 confirmation bias（确认偏误），我们天然倾向于寻找和接受那些强化既有观点的信息。

社交媒体把这个弱点放大了一万倍。

它投喂给我们的，是让我们爽的东西，不是让我们成长的东西。成长恰恰发生在不舒服的地方——当我们的观点被挑战，当我们需要思考一个复杂问题，当我们读到一本需要反复咀嚼的书。

但算法不 care 我们成长不成长。它只 care 我们 stay 多久，点多少次赞，分享多少次内容。

所以问题来了：在这个多巴胺经济主导的时代，我们怎么保护自己的认知不被污染？

Taste，AI 时代最稀缺的能力

我最近有个很强的感受：当 AI 可以生成海量内容，当算法可以精准投喂，判断什么值得我们注意力变成了这个时代最稀缺的能力。

这个能力，我们叫它 taste（品味），或者 judgement（判断力）。

什么是好内容，什么是坏内容？这不是个简单的问题。我给自己设了几个判断标准，分享出来看看你有没有共鸣：

⭐️这个内容让我产生了新的连接吗？它链接到了我的生活经验？链接到了我之前读过的其他知识？还是它只是孤立地存在，看完就忘？
⭐️它引发了思考还是只是消费？看完之后我有想写点什么、跟人讨论点什么的冲动吗？还是只是"哦，有意思"然后划走？
⭐️24 小时后我还会记得它吗？如果不会，那它对我来说就是信息热量，不是信息营养。

这些标准听起来很主观，但其实核心就一个：
这个内容是在喂养我的多巴胺，还是在喂养我的思维？

培养这种判断力，说实话，是反人性的。因为垃圾食品永远比健康食品更好吃，快餐内容永远比深度内容更 easy。我自己也经常做不到，经常一打开手机就刷了半小时。

但至少，我们可以开始有意识地觉察这件事。

Routine，认知防火墙

说到这里，我想分享一个很个人的观察。

这些年不坐班之后，我发现自己把很多 routine 扔掉了。表面上看，是获得了自由——想什么时候工作就什么时候工作，想看什么就看什么。

但实际上，我失去了一些更重要的东西：刻意的认知习惯。

以前有固定的通勤时间听 podcast，有固定的午休时间读书，有固定的周末时间 deep dive 一个话题。这些 routine 看起来是束缚，其实是 protection——它保护我们不被算法的随机性绑架。

现在呢？打开手机，算法说"看这个"，我们就看了。它说"这个也不错"，我们又点开了。两小时过去，我们不知道自己到底看了什么，也不知道为什么要看。

所以我现在在重建一套信息摄入的 routine：

清楚哪��信息源是高质量的。需要时间筛选，但一旦建立起来，就是我的"米其林餐厅清单"。

⭐️每天固定时间摄入这些内容。不是被动等算法推送，而是主动去取。
⭐️用费曼学习法消化。看完之后，能不能用自己的话讲给别人听？能不能写出来？如果不能，说明没真正理解。
⭐️输出倒逼输入。定期写作、分享、讨论，这个过程会逼着我们去思考，去建立连接。
这个循环的核心是是主动性。

我们在选择吃什么，而不是被喂什么就吃什么。

人类如何迭代

AI 通过海量数据迭代，但它有个致命弱点：garbage in, garbage out。

人类不一样。我们可以通过有选择的深度摄入 + 主动思考 + 输出表达来迭代。

具体来说，我个人认为人类的迭代需要这几个要素：

1️⃣承认自己的局限性。我们不可能懂所有东西，我们的认知一定有盲区，我们的观点一定有偏见。这个���知很重要，因为它让我们保���开放。

2️⃣质疑权威和共识。不是为了反而反，而是真正去理解：为什么大家都这么说？有没有其他可能性？这是 independent thinking 的基础。

3️⃣在思维碰撞中打磨观点。高质量的对话，是最好的学习方式之一。不是那种你说我也说的 social talk，而是真正的 debate，真正的 exchange of ideas。

斯把知识链接到生活。这是最关键的。知识如果只是孤立地存在我们的脑子里，它就是死的。只有当它与我们的经验、其他知识、现实问题产生化学反应时，它才变成了智慧。

越来越相信一个观点：学习的本质是链接。

不是记住多少信息，而是能不能把新信息和旧知识连起来，能不能把理论和实践连起来，能不能把别人的观点和自己的经验连起来。

AI 可以存储全世界的信息，但它不会散步，不会在 podcast 中突然顿悟，不会把一个概念和昨天的一次对话联系起来。
��种链接的能力，这种在看似无关的事物之间建立意义的能力，是我们最该保护的。

所以，我们该怎么办？

大部分时候，我们都在被算法牵着走。因为这是更容易的选择。我自己也是。
但如果我们意识到了这个问题，就有了改变的可能。

Less is more。在这个信息爆炸的时代，最重要的不是获取更多信息，而是选择更少但更好的信息。

不要吃电子垃圾。建立我们的 routine。培养我们的 taste。保护我们的注意力。

因为我们怎么喂养自己的大脑，我们就会怎么思考。

而我们怎么思考，最终会决定我们成为什么样的人。
