Dear Team, i have applied for my jio air fiber relocation on 30sep 2025 but till date my connection is not relocated. I talked to customer nearly everyday but they did not give any help or not assure about closure date.

They always told that you will receive a message and engineer will call. But last 10days nothing happened. My previous connection was closed. I personally submitted the device on jio service centre for hope that after submission of device jio will install a device.
