I bought it from nearest reliance smart point.

I'm travelling in train number- 12532, coach D4, berth 68 and this the condition of our world class railway. Without armrest and without footrest standard of Indian trains are getting worse.

According to him, if the product is in warranty still customer has to pay from his pocket for the defects which were caused from company side. The company itself has not set any parameters for the warranty but this executive has his own parameters. DISGUSTING!

It's stitching has opened from middle of the strap and soon the strap will also get detached from the body as it is getting loosen up from the joints.
When I reached to the customer executive of @VIPBagsIndia at the same place his careless replies were so disappointing.
