My heartfelt wishes to my dear brother, BJYM National President and Bengaluru South MP Thiru.@Tejasvi_Surya.

It was a moment of immense pride to participate in his farewell event and felicitate him as he successfully concluded his tenure as the National President of BJYM.

The bond we share is unique. We are both Suryas, and we both served as State Vice Presidents of the Youth Wing in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka during the same period. This enduring friendship remains a constant source of inspiration to me.

The transformations brought about under his leadership during his two consecutive terms (2020-2026) as BJYM National President are truly inspirational. His relentless travels across Bharat to integrate even the most remote rural youth into national service. By ensuring the active participation of youth in national politics and uniting them ideologically, he transformed the youth wing into a fortress. He spearheaded massive nationwide protests against injustices and led many awareness campaigns for the nation's welfare.

On a personal note, I will never forget when he stood with me raising his voice in staunch support against the political atrocities unleashed upon us during the DMK regime in Tamil Nadu.

As my dear friend concludes this historic chapter and steps into the next phase of his political journey, I pray to the Almighty that he gets many more resounding victories.

எங்கள் இருவருக்கும் இடையிலான பிணைப்பு மிகவும் ஆழமானதும், தனித்துவமானதும் ஆகும். நாங்கள் இருவருமே 'சூர்யா'க்கள், இருவருமே தமிழ்நாடு மற்றும் கர்நாடக மாநிலங்களில் ஒரே காலகட்டத்தில் இளைஞரணியின் மாநில துணைத் தலைவர்களாகப் பணியாற்றியவர்கள். ஒத்த சிந்��னையோடு பல ஆண்டுகளாகத் தொடரும் இந்த நீண்ட நெடிய நட்பு எனக்கு எப்போதும் பெரும் ஊக்கமளிப்பது.

கடந்த இரண்டு முறை (2020-2026) BJYM தேசிய தலைவராக அவரது தலைமையில் நிகழ்ந்த மாற்றங்கள் மகத்தானவை. பாரதம் முழுவதும் சளைக்காமல் தொடர் பயணம் மேற்கொண்டு, கடைக்கோடி கிராமத்து இளைஞர்களையும் தேசப்பணியில் இணைத்த அவரின் உழைப்பு ��ாராட்டத்தக்கது. தேசிய அரசியலில் இளைஞர்களின் பங்களிப்பை உறுதிசெய்து, கொள்கை ரீதியாக அவர்களை ஈர்த்து இளைஞரணி அமைப்பை அசைக்க முடியாத இரும்புக் கோட்டையாக மாற்றியவர். அநீதிகளுக்கு எதிராக நாடு தழுவிய அளவிலான மாபெரும் அறப்போராட்டங்களையும், தேசநலன் சார்ந்த விழிப்புணர்வு இயக்கங்களையும் நெஞ்சுரத்தோடு தலைமையேற்று நடத்தியவர்.

குறிப்பாக, தமிழகத்தில் தி.மு.க ஆட்சிக் காலத்தில் எங்க���் மீது கட்டவிழ்த்து விடப்பட்ட அராஜகங்களுக்கு எதிராக என்னோடு களத்தில் தோள் நின்றதும், எனக்காக உறுதுணையாகக் குரல் கொடுத்ததும் என் வாழ்நாளில் மறக்க முடியாத, நெகிழ்ச்சியான தருணமாகும்.

வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க ஒரு அத்தியாயத்தை நிறைவு செய்து, அடுத்தகட்ட அரசியல் பயணத்தில் அடியெடுத்து வைக்கும் என் அன்பு தோழரின் பயணம் மென்மேலும் பல வெற்றிகளைக் குவிக்க இறைவனைப் பிரார்த்திக்கிறேன்.

No one disputes that India’s youth are our greatest strength. The real question is whether governments are creating the conditions for that strength to translate into opportunity.

The youth of Karnataka need more than lofty statements—they need transparent recruitment, merit-based opportunities, quality education, industry-ready skills, reliable infrastructure and an administration that delivers on its promises.

India’s youth are ambitious enough to build the future. What they need from government is good governance, not grandstanding; opportunities, not obstacles; results, not rhetoric.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister @narendramodi ji the nation has consistently placed youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, innovation, skilling and employment at the centre of India’s development journey.

The test for any state government is simple: Does its governance complement this national momentum or hold Karnataka’s young talent back?

This is exactly where responsible politics must rise above assumptions and politics of convenience. Being against poaching can never mean being indifferent to the rule of law. If the latest findings raise legitimate questions about the circumstances of the three deaths, those questions deserve clear and credible answers.

Kudos to Shri @BYVijayendra for taking a firm stand and ensuring that the issue is not allowed to disappear from public attention. The BJP committee’s intervention is a welcome step towards establishing the facts.

At the same time, the gravity of the allegations demands an independent, impartial and time-bound investigation under judicial oversight, so that neither the innocent are wrongfully accused nor the guilty are allowed to escape accountability.

The law must prevail. The truth must prevail. And justice must prevail—irrespective of who is involved.

Congress cannot escape its own governance failures by making entrepreneurs the scapegoats.

Entrepreneurs build. Investors invest. Youth get jobs. Karnataka’s economy grows.

The government’s responsibility is to create world-class infrastructure, efficient civic amenities and a business-friendly environment—not to intimidate those who are creating employment and driving economic growth.

If infrastructure is inadequate, fix the infrastructure. If administration is failing, fix the administration. Don’t threaten the private sector and pass the blame.

@DKShivakumar and his Congress MLAs must remember: Karnataka needs governance, not intimidation; accountability, not excuses; investment, not an atmosphere of fear.

A government that takes credit for private-sector growth must also take responsibility for its own failures.

Karnataka deserves a government that enables enterprise—not one that undermines it.
