2 जून की रात 10:30 बजे फैजल खान उर्फ खान सर के बॉडीगार्ड प्रदीप कुमार और तालेश्वर सिंह ने अपनी लाइसेंसी राइफल से फायरिंग की, लेकिन गोली सेल्फ डिफेंस के लिए नहीं चली थी। खान सर के कहने पर उनके ���ार्ड ने दहशत फैलाने के इरादे से फायरिंग की थी। यह जानकारी पुलिस की नई केस डायरी में सामने आई है।

पुलिस की जांच में पता चला है कि खान सर जो बात कह रहे हैं कि उनके बॉडीगार्ड ने हंगामा, तोड़फोड़ और मारपीट के बाद आत्मरक्षा में गोली चलाई थी, उसमें दम नहीं है। तोड़फोड़ की घटना रात 10.10 बजे हुई और गोली 10.30 बजे चली।

बी-फॉर्मा फर्स्ट ईयर के छात्र अपनी बात रखने इनके पास गए थे। क्योंकि उनके स��थ धोखा हुआ है। 16 मई से परीक्षा है लेकिन एडमिट कार्ड ही नहीं डाउनलोड हो रहा। वजह यह कि छात्रों का AKTU में रजिस्ट्रेशन ही नहीं हुआ है।
