1) Parliament attack mastermind Afzal Guru had given a written complaint saying that Davinder Singh was involved in the parliament attack. He was sent to Delhi to arrange logistics for the attack.

On 14th Feb 2019, a convoy of 40 CRPF personnel’s on Jammu-Srinagar highway was attacked by a vehicle carrying 100 kg of explosives. All the soldiers were martyred.

2) Davinder Singh who was thriving in J&K police from years, was arrested in 2020. He was smuggling 3 terrorist out of the valley, probably towards Delhi.

What happened to him ? He was posted in Pulwama too. He was released and charges were dropped. The LG of J&K Manoj Sinha said,

“Satisfied that in the interest of the security of state , it is not expedient to hold an enquiry in the case of Mr, Davinder Singh”.

A terrorist involved in parliament attack and maybe in Pulwama attack too was released by Modi government. This is the Nationalism of BJP.

BJP's narrative about "Double Engine Sarkar" essentially means that if the State Government is ruled by the same political party that rules at the Centre, then the state stands to benefit because
- Partisan Treatment will be given to that state in comparison to states governed by opposition parties

-That India as a Union of States with equal status stands invalid, because of the promised partiality

- The funds that Centre controls can now be siphoned off legally by states governed by the same political party at the expense of other states

Central Government generate Zero funds by themselves. Every Rupee in their treasury is directly or indirectly collected from the citizens of India- who are residents in their bona-fide or adopted federal states.

The political pitch made by a Union Government political leader, or a State level leader during elections, that a Double Engine Sarkar will be beneficial to the voters, is equal to openly declaring that Centre will deny the equal rights to other federal states governed by opposition parties, rather rob their share away to divert benefits to those federal states governed by their own party.

If this is not miscarriage of Justice, then what is it?

The money that was pumped into states like UP, is at the expenditure of other states who had their Rights to use the funds under the control of Central Government.
