Or making a law magically fixes prejudice in a company & acknowledging the recent past is somehow bad? Implicit bias is a real thing that needs to be acknowledged.

It doesn't change that Syrians were suspended and that was a direct attack on a whole group of people. The amount of time is just shifting the goalpost to try to claim it 'isnt as racist'

The point of this was so that only a specific narrative of diversity was allowed and this specifically mentions barring the very truth that racism is interwoven into the policies and fabric of the government because it 'made white people feel bad'

@lizzieohreally Sorry but not everyone can move to switch seats. Don't forget there are preboarded customers who have medical needs and they are noted to the staff with their ticket and seat number. Not everyone wants to disclose that to a rando to justify not moving.
