One of the reasons I don't believe everyone knows is because when homeless shelters are proposed community members automatically assume the homeless are some sort of rift raft rather than a possible effect of deed theft. Awareness is key. 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝Correction is vital.

More than 20 years deed fraud/theft has been a problem for homeowners in NYC. The last decade has seen an increase in amount of deed theft/deed fraud issues. Taking a stand would provide relief to current homeowners suffering & improve future outcomes. Need a concerted effort.🏡

so my husband has successfully evicted about 20 squatters from properties around Portland. He has done so for free, and by chance meetings with the owners. He has decided to do it as a possible side hustle. If you know anyone in OR/WA struggling with non-tenant squatters DM me
