@ionos_help_US That's really poor. IONOS position themselves as providing professional business solutions but don't offer basic e-mail domain level verification. Poor product, poor service.

@ionos_help_uk @ionos_com How can you claim to offer professional e-mail hosting services & add credibility to a brand when you don't offer basic domain level e-mail authentication? DKIM on outbound e-mail is essential for maximizing communications to customers & minimizing SPAM.

@ionos_help_US That's useless. Your article states "All reputable email servers try to block emails with forged sender addresses." and For DKIM "The private key must be stored on the mail server". Yet you don't allow DKIM signing of mail sent from your servers, when will DKIM be implemented?

@ndrewbiddle @ionos_help_uk Thanks Andrew, we'll persevere but without IONOS facilitating adding DKIM signatures to outbound e-mails I fear we are on a hiding to nothing :-(

@anindyar @ionos_help_US Hi Anindya, did you ever have any success getting DKIM verification on your account? Can't believe this isn't possible with a hosting service that positions itself as a provider of business mail servcies.

@citizenjournos_ @ionos_help_uk @ionos_uk Professional? Really? have you tried enabling email verification with DKIM? IONOS don't allow DKIM for your hosted mail services. So many corporate entities require validation via both DKIM and SPF. Good luck keeping your e-mails out of customers' SPAM boxes.
