I still think it's crazy I edited a FaZe video with a 12 hour turnaround, it went on to make 5mil+ views and probably like $20k in ad rev, and all I got paid was $300

I think that fostering a generous creator economy is incredibly important. If a video pops off more than expected, that should be reflected in bonuses for those involved.

I've previously had this agreement with clients, and has been a huge morale booster when a video does well!

To clarify, I have no ill will towards the creator himself, the price was agreed upon for me by my "agency" at the time. I'm just appreciative of the generosity of the people I work with now and how I'm paid fairly.
