Given the above, I applaud BAT for establishing the Policy Coordination Directorate in the presidency - with a Special Adviser overseeing

I don't know if the person given that role is fit for purpose; but iin presidential governance where power is centred on the president, a proper policy coordination will chip away the bureaucratic nonsense that is FEC and pull governance away from the vices of inaction
