دراسة سويسرية بريطانية:

الإنسان الحديث أصبح منهك، متوتر، كئيب..

دماغ البشر لم يستطع حتى الآن من الانسجام مع التطور المتسارع في الحياة بسبب التدفق الهائل للتكنولوجيا، الأمر الذي يبقيه في حالة يقظة دائمة حتى خلال فترات الراحة والنوم.

بعكس أسلافنا في الماضي، كان التوتر لديهم محدود بمدة قصيرة (مواجهة مفترس، صيد، معركة)، ثم يعود الجسم إلى حالة الراحة والتعافي.

خلصت الدراسة في النهاية إلى أن الضوضاء، التلوث، الجوالات، الإشعارات المستمرة، الزحام، ضغوط المجتمع، العمل الدائم، التفكير بالمستقبل.. جعلت الإنسان الحديث مُرهق في كل شيء ويشعر أنه ملاحق حتى وقت النوم والإجازات.

الدراسة قامت بها جامعة زيورخ السويسرية وجامعة لوبورو البريطانية ونُشرت في مجلة Biological Reviews.
