@Chase Just cancelled my Sapphire Preferred and United Explorer cards, after credit limit reduced to $500 each. You must really think of customer as an idiot, expected to pay $245 annual fees for a $1000 credit line. Worst part- customer service didn’t even try to retain me.

@UberEats @UberEats That’s great, but your delivery estimates keep getting worse, even for One members. Food is at least 20+ mins late 9 out of 10 times, and often too cold by the time it is delivered. Wonder what good is the membership if I still feel frustrated.
