A guy and 2 young white girls I assume was his daughters had just walked passed him going the opposite direction

Fairly sure this happened where 30 goes from 4 lanes to 2 & honesty all of 30 has become a demolition derby but to make a highway drop from 4 lanes to 2 and divided to not divided was a design flaw.
