Four years after @FBI agents confronted @realMikeLindell and seized his cellphone, newly unsealed court records are revealing what investigators put before a federal judge to obtain the warrant.

And one name appears throughout the documents: Dominion Voting Systems.

The 80-page affidavit cited interviews with Dominion witnesses and records provided by the company while Lindell was simultaneously facing Dominion’s $1.3 BILLION lawsuit over his public claims about its voting systems.

The FBI even told the court Lindell had a “personal financial motive” to find evidence undermining Dominion’s machines because of that litigation.

Lindell’s response:
“It’s absolutely disgusting.”

“When someone questions them, they can go weaponize the FBI against the person they’re suing.”

🚨 BRAZILIAN MILITARY INTELLIGENCE FOUND ALLEGED ANOMALIES INSIDE THE VOTING MACHINES + U.S. GOVERNMENT "DID NOTHING"

Jack Maxey says a flag-rank-level Brazilian military intelligence unit examined the country’s electronic voting machines and found what it believed were serious anomalies, including different machine-log behavior and evidence the researchers argued pointed to multiple versions of software and source code.

@JackMaxey1 says the people behind the analysis spent years “literally in fear” that they could be arrested if their involvement became known.

So he took their findings to the U.S. government.
“I handed this over to our government [over] a year ago. Nobody did anything with it.”

But Maxey went further. He says someone “very close to Trump” believes the administration is aware of these alleged voting-machine anomalies and “plan[s] to use them themselves.”

“I think that that is the biggest problem, that there is zero transparency.”

Maxey says fear inside the intelligence community is keeping people quiet:

“They know how terrifying their agencies can be, particularly the FBI.”

🚨 MICHIGAN COURT ORDERS ELECTION DATA PRESERVED, AFTER OFFICIAL TOLD CLERKS TO DELETE IT 🚨

The Michigan Court of Appeals has ordered the preservation of electronic poll book data statewide, after Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater directed clerks to delete the records, something Brater confirmed under oath during testimony last year.

@PatrickByrne says the ruling matters because of what the data could show.

"You stuff the voter rolls, you need to stop the polling books. And they have. That's how you create opportunities for where you're going to stuff ballots."

Byrne says the judge went further than expected, also raising a possible role for @TheJusticeDept.

"He wants the DOJ to write a letter saying we have an interest in this. And he told the director of elections to send a letter to every clerk in Michigan: do not erase your poll books, or it's going to open up your boss to be indicted."

Six years after 2020, a Michigan court is finally saying: preserve the records.

Attorney Jonathan Gross says @TheJusticeDept is asking a judge to dismiss his lawsuit seeking an investigation into allegations that January 6 defendants were COERCED into plea deals. Gross argues the department’s response focuses on legal technicalities rather than addressing the underlying allegations.

Now @Jon_Gross is offering to settle the lawsuit if @AGToddBlanche agrees to one thing: meet with a group of J6 defendants for one hour before the midterms.
