A perfect Christmas for James Cooter, winemaker @HedonistWines, would be lying in the sunshine, watching the Aussies beat the Poms at cricket, followed by a traditional Christmas Roast Turkey lunch, served with a bottle of Hedonist Ecology Grenache.
Skiing, was the resounding answer from Kate & Tom when asked how they would spend their perfect Christmas! An aprés-ski lunch would include, for Tom, Pinot Noir Deux with roasted lamb and for Kate, Oysters, Foie Gras Terrine with a crisp salad & a bottle of Crémant de Portland.
A glass of fizz is Pierre Martin's preferred way to start Christmas morning, ideally in the French Alps, freshly coated in snow! For Christmas lunch, a large plate of fresh seafood alongside a magnum of Les Mont Damnés!
Favourite traditions for Nicolas Boucherot of @domaineardhuy are spending time with family and opening Xmas gifts together in the early morning with fizz. Xmas lunch will be juicy roast beef, roasted potatoes & vegetables, mushroom & red wine sauce, with Le Clos des Langres red.
If he's not with his parents in London, then Romik Arconian would love to be on a beach in Thailand, enjoying Christmas. Christmas dinner is his favourite thing about the season; this year, he will serve 2008 Château Canon-Chaigneau alongside, which is ageing quite beautifully!
A perfect festive celebration for Jane Campbell would be skiing in Canada with friends and family. Jane's best Christmas moment each year is enjoying a glass of chilled Campbells Rutherglen Muscat served with her mum's Christmas plum pudding - nothing beats it!
