A third-party TMP under @Samagra_Assam is issuing "URGENT REMINDER" forcing teachers to courier attendance sheets ONLY via DTDC & threatening against Speed Post. Is Samagra Shiksha Assam directing this? Why is India Post @IndiaPostOffice suddenly "unworthy" @JM_Scindia? Who bears the extra cost; teachers again? Enough harassment.

Question: Under which provision of the agreement, Samagra Shiksha guideline, or official order has the TMP mandated the use of DTDC only and prohibited Speed Post for submission of attendance sheets?

5 years have passed since the landmark order dated 20th May 2021 that brought job security to the first batch (2015) of Vocational Teachers. Yet, teachers of 2016 to 2026 batches continue to work under the exploitative "Third Party" system. Same work, same responsibility, same qualification, but treated as disposable with no job security. Exploitation by the third parties must end- then only vocational education will attain success.

We urge Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr @himantabiswa Sir to kindly intervene. @CMOfficeAssam @CSAssam_ @Samagra_Assam @sanjayjavin @sjaju1

ASSEB has made Skill Subjects mandatory for Higher Secondary, but students still don’t have textbooks till date and there are no permanent teachers in place. Everyone wants Skill Education to succeed, yet how will it grow without basic resources? The root cause is clear - unnecessary THIRD PARTY involvement.
We urge Hon’ble HCM Dr. @himantabiswa Sir @CMOfficeAssam and @Samagra_Assam to remove this third-party system and let dedicated teachers deliver quality skill education.
