What really took me out of the experience was the sudden pomni voice over. I know she is the pov character yes, but we never heard her narrating stuff before. With their irl part too, it was jarring and came out of nowhere

White people are very dishonest, they only value history when it's making them seem as if they are the benefactor, they take all the nuance out of it to support their claims.
