Japanese ONE PIECE theories are everywhere.
We check them against the manga — then score how much evidence is actually there.
5 theories: 7/10 · 6/10 · 6/10 · 3/10 · 2/10
Two popular claims weakened when we went back to Chapter 1191.

Can Shanks cancel Future Sight?
“Observation Killing” comes from official supplementary material tied to Volume 4 Billion RED.
The manga hasn’t shown it, and the source doesn’t settle whether Shanks hides himself or blocks the vision itself.

ONE PIECE 1194: Zoro gets Conqueror's Haki onto his blade once — Sommers says so himself — and the strike hits a ship, not Sommers.
Then it won't come back.
Mihawk's line, a new word (魔気 / Omen), and an ending that stops short of a result.

Internal destruction has only two published demonstrations in ONE PIECE: Rayleigh (ch. 504) and Luffy (ch. 947).
Most other names on those lists are counting emission, or treating “Ryuo” as if it meant internal destruction.
It doesn’t.

ONE PIECE 1193 opens a hidden room behind Elbaf's Owl's Library: a box, and a letter and a tool handed down for generations.
Then it shows neither.
Poneglyph, Devil Fruit, Ancient Weapon: every answer going around right now is inference, not the page.

ONE PIECE 1193 finally gives the Elbaf monsters a rule.
They aren't animals. They're a Devil Fruit user's imagined creatures: you can't kill them directly, but strike the user and they vanish.
The chapter still doesn't say who that user is.

Worth adding that this wouldn't really be a reversal — it'd be the pattern continuing.
Killingham has already been beaten back by Straw Hats without Conqueror's Haki. Sommers has already been stopped more than once. Gunko is still unconscious.
Their reputation is doing more work than their actual record so far.
Elbaf isn't handing out power-ups. It's turning vague powers into rules.
Immortality went from "they can't be beaten" to something with a stated counter: Conqueror's Haki interferes with it.
And every full Knight receives the same covenant — immortality, strength, the Abyss, total subservience to Imu. Identical. So the covenant can't be what separates Shamrock from the rest of them.
The arc keeps narrowing what the words actually mean.

This is the argument I keep making too. The strongest evidence in the series is the stuff that happens directly on the page — Roger and Rocks cancelling each other's Conqueror's Haki in 1165 tells you more than any chain of "A beat B who beat C."
Stacking is what you do when you skip the direct interactions.
The biggest question after ONE PIECE 1193 isn't whether Zoro has Conqueror's Haki.
We already know he does.
The question is what exactly failed against Sommers.
Was the coating incomplete?
Was the strike itself not enough?
Or is there another part of the steel-heart rule we still don't understand?
1193 gives us the condition — but not the answer.

@misterlit2727 The knowledge itself isn't my issue. It's whether Gaban's choices around Loki make sense with it. Explaining how he learned the truth can close an information gap without fixing the character-writing problem.
@Shadow00_12 Fair, and your last line is the split I'd draw too — not leaking and coating on command are separate skills.
Which is why Sommers surviving doesn't have to read as the coating failing. The chapter just doesn't say which part he's short on yet.
ONE PIECE 1193 finally gives the God's Knights' immortality a target:
Loki says their steel heart has to be pierced with a blade coated in Conqueror's Haki.
Zoro tries it on Sommers.
He survives.
And Zoro treats it as practice.
This isn't about whether Zoro has Conqueror's Haki anymore. It's about whether he can control it precisely enough to make the technique work.

Most power rankings chain characters through a third party. A beat B, B beat C, so A > C.
Our Haki #1 is a tie — Roger and Rocks — for the opposite reason. In 1165 their Conqueror's Haki meets and cancels. Nothing is chained through anyone.
Direct parity is better evidence than any scaling chain.

Zoro didn't suddenly unlock Conqueror's Haki in 1193.
He was already using it in 1033 — Enma drew his Haki out of him and the Beasts Pirates around him dropped. In 1035, he used it against King directly.
What changed isn't possession. It's control.
He didn't even know he had it until Gaban told him in 1152.
That's the actual arc — not "can he use it?" but "can he aim it?"

HUNTER×HUNTER 420 slipped in a Kaiji reference that Japanese readers caught immediately.
Hisoka is playing “SWAMP BALL” — a clear echo of Kaiji’s infamous “Bog” pachinko machine.
Then Young Magazine reacted by making the Bog arc free to read.
The reference didn’t stay inside HUNTER×HUNTER.

Galaxy Impact is Garp's biggest attack.
That doesn't necessarily make it his strongest.
Prime Garp later revealed Infinitum Explosion — but it was part of a joint finish with Roger.

ONE PIECE 1192 may have hidden a Genesis reference in plain sight.
Imu's swords are Tōfū and Bōfū.
Their combined shield is Tōfū-wa-Bōfū.
That mirrors Hebrew tohu wa-bohu from Genesis 1:2 — in sound, meaning and even word order.
And Genesis 1:3?
"Let there be light."

Correction after rechecking the Japanese chapter: ONE PIECE 1192 does not actually show Imu's black arms generating the named weapons.
Imu wields the swords, but the chapter does not explain how they were created or where they came from.
Also, the shield's exact reading is Tōfū-wa-Bōfū — a detail that turns out to matter quite a lot.

ONE PIECE 1192 gives Imu two named swords — and a shield made by combining them.
Then Luffy and Loki break straight through it.
The bigger detail: those black arms are now generating named weapons, which makes the simple “Armament Haki” reading harder to sustain.
