@pointsofrue Is this not a given? ”a reduction in hours must also be accompanied by a revision of or even reduction in workload.” I get the idea that productivity goes up with 4day ww but cutting 1/5 work time obvs needs to pair w/ a reduction in responsibilities IMO.
