Sent DM to @Dominos_UK as requested. In fairness, they replied and said they’d raise a complaint. That was on 28/06

Wrong order came (stone cold!) and was promised a replacement. It never arrived. Store manager offered money back or voucher - still waiting a week later!

In fairness they did reply to me on DM, but then fobbed me off saying somebody would reach out within 5 days.
That STILL hasn’t happened! This issue has now been going on for nearly 3 weeks and no sign of a refund / credit note etc 😡

Disgusting behaviour from @AmazonUK! I had to pay to return a faulty item, and they now state they have a different item under my returns reference and won’t issue a refund or replacement! They can’t return this as it’s been disposed off!

@AmazonHelp Nobody has called yet! No senior manager has taken ownership! The only emails I’ve had are the canned responses that I’ve complained about as they don’t deal with the issue!
I need to make a claim through the courts so what is your business name and service address please?
@AmazonHelp I have responded. Nobody has helped me at all! I followed your link and was told a specialist would call me. They have simply emailed the same canned response stating they have a different item on the account and have disposed of my actual return!! STILL no refund!

Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but they then decided to terminate the call when I asked for my issue to be escalated!

@ellentaylor02@hoka@MoneySavingExp I finally got an email from somebody, but he clearly hadn’t read the issue as he just sent a standardised message. I’ve since raised a s75 claim with my credit card company and have commenced pre action protocol to obtain compensation for costs incurred and time wasted
Still no response from @hoka after my complaint. They’ve ignored all pre-action legal warnings so I’m now forced to start recovery proceedings.
I’ll be reporting them to @TradeStandards to see if they can help.
