This was the turning point. This was by far one of the weakest flagrant foul calls we’ve seen and it gave NY life.
If this is a flagrant, the refs have missed an ungodly number of flagrants against Luke Kornet this season.
He got hit in the face multiple times every single night, so much so that it was a running joke in the fan base.
Fun fact. For the 1966 World Cup, England debated denying visas for North Korea. FIFA responded that if any players from any teams were denied visas, they would relocate the World Cup, even at the last minute.
As a lifelong San Antonian, I knew the digs would come as the Spurs stepped onto a bigger stage.
But San Antonio has never tried to be anything other than itself.
We're not chasing anyone else's identity. It's the authenticity that makes the city so special.
Oh & GSG.
This team has been amazing all year. They play hard, compete every night and care about winning
That’s what makes this finals so hard. They are good enough to win right now. They give themselves a chance every game this finals.
Then it’s inexplicable self inflicted wounds that do them in.
Still proud of this team overall objectively. Stings right now.
Just keep fighting though.
The amount of lying idiots in NY is STAGGERING.
Their coach literally cried about number of free throws in a half and all their fans cried about free throws
Now that we throw it in their faces since we don’t cry like they do when it happens to Spurs?
They lie through their teeth instead of being able to say “fair is fair and don’t like it even if it benefits us”
I mean Knicks fans bitch constantly about flagrants not getting called and they expect to get away with one after making them known? Lol feels like a self-own.
