When you’re on the subway in NYC & someone is acting erratically you keep your head down and mind your business. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe go to another car. Never engage. I really thought all New Yorkers knew that.
In light of Jordan Neely’s death and the racial disparities in the justice system that have been brought to light once again here is a song I wrote from the perspective of a homeless person.

Take all the guns away, I don’t give a FUCK. Give me one good reason for any civilian to NEED any type of gun. FOH with this gun control BS. Abuse a privilege? Privilege taken away.
NO MORE GUNS.
"Was it an explosion, of no known proportion that opened a floating ocean of stars?" -Accent ...This has to be one of the greatest songs ever. These guys together is pure magic! @dylanowenmusic@kineticsmusic@AccentLyrics
Just saw The Batman.
In 2009, when I was still rapping for change, I recited a verse for Paul Dano (The Riddler) & his friends. They made me watch them separate the pennies from their pocket change for me while they all laughed.

@inasenz17 @alxndrbrwn I explored this concept on THE WARMING in 2013. The following lyric describes an out of body experience.
“I gently split from where I sit to air & drift / I stare at him, he stares again, we share this, then a pair of men…”

Microphones are very empowering. People hop on one & think they’re the GOAT like rapping is some rare genetic gift. Like it’s the x-gene & only a few of us have it. Just cause I know how to play baseball doesn’t mean I’m in the MLB.
Accent is about aesthetic appeal, but always w/ meaning behind the words. Think speaking English with a French accent.
Some of these rappers employ advanced rhyming techniques but when you listen? They’re the kid who asks a question in class that just got answered.
I hate when rappers “recommend” that you get a specific type of job.
Biggie: “Don’t be mad...@UPS is hiring”
@YourOldDroog: “Tell them amateurs to get in construction, roofin’, somethin”.
So I gotta be ashamed cause I work in construction or at UPS? These are your fans’ jobs.
