Przeanalizował on raport z sekcji, który wskazuje na uszkodzenie żyły podobojczykowej jako główne źródło krwawienia i tłumaczy, gdzie leży problem.
U zdrowej osoby krwawienie żylne odbywa się pod niskim ciśnieniem i często samoogranicza się dzięki powstającemu naturalnie skrzepowi, a samo zbliżenie krawędzi rany i ucisk otaczających tkanek domyka żyłę na tyle, że spowalnia albo nawet zatrzymuje krwawienie.
Z nagrania z policyjnej kamery nasobnej wynika, że gdy policja przybyła na miejsce (prawdopodobnie 5-10 minut po zranieniu), Henry był na tyle przytomny, że mówił dość głośno. Nie był zatem jeszcze w stanie terminalnym. Po wykręceniu rąk do tyłu i skuciu za plecami najprawdopodobniej doszło do rozciągnięcia żyły, rozerwania skrzepu i gwałtownego nasilenia krwawienia. W ciągu zaledwie ok. trzech minut stracił przytomność i zmarł.
Osoby z podejrzeniem urazów wewnętrznych nigdy nie powinny być gwałtownie przemieszczane ani szarpane – takie działanie może zniszczyć naturalny skrzep i doprowadzić do masywnego krwotoku wewnętrznego.
Zamiast natychmiastowego wezwania zespołu ratownictwa medycznego i przekazania pacjenta w ręce ratowników, policja go skuła. Gdyby na miejscu jako pierwsi pojawili się paramedycy, szanse Henry’ego na przeżycie byłyby znacznie większe. "50%" - pisze dr Magier.
Ratownicy mogliby szybko założyć kroplówk��, podać płyny zwiększające objętość krwi krążącej oraz kwas traneksamowy stabilizujący skrzep, a w razie potrzeby wykonać dekompresję igłową (wkłucie grubej i długiej igły w płuco), bo problemem nie był tyle brak funkcji płuca, ale ucisk zalanego krwią płuca na serce i śródpiersie, który blokuje krążenie.
Co gorsza, incydent miał miejsce zaledwie kilka minut jazdy samochodem (2–3 minuty karetką na sygnale) od Southampton University Hospital – regionalnego Major Trauma Centre dysponującego pełnym zapleczem specjalistów, procedur i sprzętu. "Jestem przekonany, że gdyby Henry dotarł tam żywy, lekarze nie pozwoliliby mu umrzeć" - pisze dr Magier.
Podsumowując: agresywna interwencja policji, zamiast ratować życie, doprowadziła do śmierci przez nieodpowiednie postępowanie z ciężko ranionym człowiekiem, mimo że najwyższej klasy opieka była w zasięgu kilku minut. "Obawiam się, że Sędzia i patolog byli zbyt łaskawi dla policji" - pisze dr Magier.

This is nonsense.

The ingratitude of Israel towards Britain is off the charts.

Britain created (gestated) the Israeli state, out of idealism and our towering moral and physical authority, at considerable cost, and wanting nothing in return. During 1918-1939 and, I would say, up to 1948.

We carved out a homeland for them, defended it with our soldiers and RAF. We created the state to this ethno-state and invited Jewish people from around the world to provide the ethnos.

Without us, they would have been massacred, never gained critical mass, and Israel would have remained a gleam in Chaim Weitzmann's eye.

And see how Israel treated us: bombs, massacre, murders, slander, and contempt. E.g. vengefully arming the Argentine junta against us in the Falklands. To this day many Israelis try to frame us as some sort of colonial oppressors or worse.

This doesn't need to make you anti zionist, and Israel isn't necessarily an enemy power. But it does reveal a permanently adverse power that is under a debt of gratitude to Britain that it can never repay, and which it prefers to avoid it by hiding behind invented resentments.

You have this bizarre magical thinking about race-sin.

Companies didn't hire Africans because Africanss are bad low-quality people due to having African genes. They knew this prior to IQ tests. Okay, now they use IQ tests. Well, those show that they're probably incompetent, which validates all other experience.

What you're "thinking" amounts to is this:

"Well, if you were correct about Africans being African in their behavior prior to using IQ tests, you don't get to be correct with IQ tests."

Basics of Field Panpsychism:

Your phenomenal experience, or "soul" or whatever you want to call it, is clearly tied to electrical activity in the brain. Shut it off, the soul evaporates. The experience of the "soul" has been exquisitely mapped to particular regions of activity.

Electricity transmits energy through the electromagnetic field, not the wires. Transferring information is just transferring patterned energy.

The problem with Constituent Panpsychism, which focuses on the "matter", is the combination problem. How do the "micro-minds" combine?

In the EMF, waves can superimpose, and unlike water waves, they don't disrupt each other. They can superimpose over any point. This solves the combination problem.

The inter-modal explanatory gap (why "sweetness"? Why does "sound" sound?) is answered by simply pointing out that the electromagnetic force is a fundamental force, and can't be explained in terms of anything else, it simply is.

"Sound" is experienced the way it is experienced because that is the phenomenal content of the waveform. It simply is, and there's nothing underneath. There's no "why" or "because".

So there you go, the "hard problem of consciousness" is actually solved. David Chalmers' formulation of it was just silly, asking how consciousness arises from matter. It doesn't.

And yes this means it is something like to be any atom, and in particular it is like something to be a power line or any of the circuits in your toaster.
