They have now expanded to nearly monopolize our neighborhood gas stations ⛽️ and convenience stores & franchises.

You have to prove that you are unable to get a conventional loan at a reasonable interest rate.

Since 49% of the ownership could be non-citizens, obviously they wouldn’t qualify for conventional loans
