Change of plan on fees, at the community's request.

The original plan was to put the first protocol fees into the AMC vault to seed the initial run.

Instead, those fees will go to buying back $ACCRU until the token finds its footing. The vault keeps running as designed.

Depositors' fees are theirs and are not touched by this. This is only the protocol's own share.
Once $ACCRU stabilises, fees go back to the vaults as planned.
