The root of your problem is most likely not the over-training
The root of your problem is what is going on in between your ears
The root is exacerbated by the over training, caloric deficit, etc
Fix your self sabotaging habits and you will heal
You need to realize you are not entitled to anything
Your job, your physique, your business
Your entitled to none of it
Work as if your gonna lose it at any moment
Your environment matters
Your circle of people matters
You won’t grow as a person if these aren’t aligned to your goals
Search for the people that will challenge you to become better
One of the hardest things as a coach is limiting them to what they can do
Yes I want them to lift heavy to failure
Yes I want them to push their body as hard as possible
But if you continually do that with no breaks, your body will eventually work against you
Less is more
If you want to “get lean and build muscle” but only eating 1300 calories
You have to establish more calories, more rest and proper training/habits first
You can’t pull much from 1300 calories
You have more room to work with if you properly reverse diet to 2200 calories
If an entrepreneur continuously finds themselves in survival mode, they’re better off being an employee.
3-5 years makes sense, but not forever.
Entrepreneurship requires creativity and a very high sense of urgency.
And it’s constant.
