Got my first college start on the mound today during second game of split squad scrimmages at home today vs Alice Lloyd. We won both games. Our defense played great and our bats were hot all day. All our pitchers also took care of business.

Using a Tendo Unit we measure the body velocity as the pitcher moves from peak leg lift into front foot strike for rhythm and timing. Each individual will perform better at different ranges. For example Zach’s timing and command are best when he stays within 2.00m/s - 2.25m/s
