@Tazerface16 2/? An Oregon tribe tried a controversial move a few years ago by starting a marijuana farm on their land and ended up destroying the fields due to legal gray areas and opposition. A move ro provide abortions would probably face the same difficulties

@Tazerface16 4/? This is by design. And its designed as a tool to impede sovereignty. We literally have treaty cases that have been sitting on dockets for decades. The state and federal courts have been given the leeway to simply delay hearing tribal cases for as long as they want.
