Albany State is building on last season’s 6-4 finish, which included a 20-15 win over Fort Valley State in the Fountain City Classic. With all 11 offensive starters and nine defensive starters returning, the Golden Rams are focused on contending for the 2025 SIAC title. Head coach Quinn Gray values the team’s experience and is emphasizing defensive improvements to complement the SIAC’s top offense. Adding to the season’s excitement, Gray’s sons, Quinn Gray Jr. and Ashton Chaney-Gray, join the team after standout high school careers. While honored to coach them, Gray insists they must earn their place like any other player. With talent, experience, and motivation, ASU is primed to make a statement. It's going to be exciting to see the Gray story as it develops.
