I was wondering whether these new M-Pesa features went through user testing and feedback before they were approved. It is now emerging that @SafaricomPLC may have deliberately introduced a long & frustrating process for sending money in order to encourage people to use the M‑Pesa App, which contains pop-up ads as a way of generating extra revenue.
