@viajaVolaris PÉSIMO servicio. Tuve que pagar DOS veces el viaje de mi mascota por que en su app no especifican que vaya arriba o abajo del avión, entonces tuve que pagar que fuera abajo y que fuera arriba y NO me quieren reembolsar nada! Eso se llama ROBO!
@lufthansa we had the WORST experience with a lost bagagge. It took 6 days to find it! 6 days! And we had to go to retrieve it at the airport (gate 10) after one of your baggage service representatives was RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL with me & my friend.

@ParisAeroport yesterday we had THE WORST experience with one of your bagagge claim representatives. She was RUDE, CYNICAL and on purpose made us wait 2 HOURS for our missing luggage (this after 6 days of trying to locate it!!!) She didn’t want to give us her name obviously.
